Our products adhere to vegan principles and are not tested on animals. We suggest utilizing the Hyalu C serum during pregnancy as it's considered safe, but pregnant women should consult their doctors before incorporating any skincare products.

What forms of payment does Awake Beauty provide?

We facilitate payments via Cash on Delivery (COD).

What steps should I take if my order arrives and there's something missing, incorrect, or damaged?

Do not accept parcels that appear to be pressed or opened. In the event of damaged packages or products, retain both the box and items and promptly inform us at support@theawakebeauty.com. You can also reach out to us via Instagram. Please refrain from disposing of the product or its packaging, as these items may be necessary for processing your claim.

What is your return policy?

Online purchases are eligible for exchange exclusively through online channels within 7 days of purchase. The original receipt must be included, and the product should be in its original packaging. Our team will assess the products prior to processing an exchange, which may take 5 to 7 business days. You are accountable for all shipping and handling expenses for returned items and must ensure they are returned in their original condition. If a product is out of stock, customers may need to wait until it becomes available again, and upon agreement, we can offer online store credit.

What are the delivery fees?

Orders above PKR 2500 enjoy free shipping, while orders below PKR 2500 have a shipping fee of PKR 250.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.

What is the process for modifying or canceling my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within the initial 12 hours after placement. To cancel an order, please reach out to us at support@theawakebeauty.com. Please note that once an order is being prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. If your tracking number doesn't work immediately, please allow until the end of the day as it may take a few hours to activate.
